WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We provide aprons, however accidents do happen so it's best to wear something you don't mind getting paint on.

IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS NEEDED FOR A RESERVATIONS?

A Paint Party requires a reservation & must have a minimum of 6 guests/ maximum of 50 guests.

There is no minimum requirement for Paint Kits.

HOW LONG ARE PAINTING SESSIONS?

Painting sessions are 2 to 3 hours long. Please show up on time, arriving late may result in you not finishing your painting or being asked to reschedule.

WHEN ARE PAINTNG SESSIONS/DELIVERY AVAILABLE ?

Painting sessions and Paint Kit Delivery is avaliable Weekdays 6pm-10pm and Weekends Noon-10pm

WHAT'S DOES THE DECORATION SERVICE INCLUDE?

Decoration services are avaliable for an additonal fee. Prices vary and are customized to your liking!

Decoration services include a Photoshoot backdrop, Refreshment table backdrop, Themed tableclothes and Ballon clusters.

Please allow 30 mins-1 hr for setup.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Paint Kits $15, Paint Party tickets $25 . ( Prices for Specials are announced on our social media pages, so be sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ).

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?

Tickets/Paint Kits are non-refundable.

However, Tickets/Paint Kits can be rescheduled and a credit for future use will be issued, but the request must be made at least 1 day prior to the reservation. Under no circumstances will a credit for future use be issued for no shows or late cancellations. No exceptions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please send an email to information@btrswetcre8tionz.com and make sure to include your name/date/time/ type of event for the "original ticket" and date/time/type of event for a "future use credit".

BTRSWET Cre8tionz reserves the right to cancel any reservation. If BTRSWET Cre8tionz is responsible for any cancellation we will promptly notify the customer and either (a) offer a credit for future use or (b) issue a full refund. BTRSWET Cre8tionz may cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or low guest attendance.

LOCATION & RESTRICTIONS ?

All Paint Parties are held at your location of choice (i.e. home, church, venue, local park, etc). The person booking the reservation is responsible for securing all details with the selected location, arranging tables/chairs for guest, and ensuring BTRSWET Cre8tionz has early access to the location before the event starts.

Wine/Refreshments are not included at locations that have drinks/food for purchase, or where alcoholic beverages and outside drinks/food are not allowed.
